here is a lateralus album by tool i ripped recently with FLAC customization using window parameters that were in place for a custom variation i chose myself to give a desired result. its a fresh rip and you can alter window values with different slider values over each conversion as you wish. its a good place to start realizing the intricacy of how flac conversion works for better quality.

another attempt with functions for freac program encoding without gauss values

a try with mixing hamming with negative overlap for a 48khz conversion

a new try with gradients and mostly padding with functions given their apodization effects for specific type of roll in the rounds. im not quite sure where what type of combination i should use whereas i need more experimentation mainly. the gauss function helps alot to shorten the signal properties in the functions where that type of sorting out helps with accuracy of the headphones in the acoustics and alos percussion. the gradients take the accuracy even closer to better vibrant quality whereas apodization i think doesnt get alot of focus on the internet with FLAC. apodization is so important for the signal it deserves alot more focus.
