im trying the previous post with gauss - 16768 16, 8, 7, 13 slider values then without gauss subset 12, 15, 8, 8 medium sinc for first best sinc for second 48khz and 24 bit integer options for testing whether slider values have a considerabe difference in sound quality where acoustics and percussion are involved when listening to my tool albums. it seems the capacitor has a specific type of rule for acoustics where the slider values have a due result where the capacitor in my sony walkman starts to age and makes its own adjustment to the converted file. i noticed this anomaly before when altering slider values and now ill continue to experiment because i want the best and more proper experience with my walkman. im a big tool fan and i really careful about how to make the songs up for good quality. thats what it seems flac means to do with the digital format, the songs have a place where quality really takes it stage for listening over the previous industry of cd format musical quality.
