an real way to get good encoding where the freac sliders are involved with flac

i have found a good way for encoding my tool albums with flac in freac converter. i keept going on leaving the sliders up to 32 and auto and 15 15 where i didnt find any improvement in my results. so i started to mess with the sliders. i found some good results and im going to post some screenshots.
